½ cup beetroot, peeled and roughly chopped

1 frozen banana

fresh (or frozen) raspberries or strawberries for garnishing

1. Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until completely smooth, around 1 minute

2. Pour into a glass and top with raspberries or strawberries.

Tips and tricks

If your blender can't break up the beetroot, try adding beetroot juice instead.
