Ok, so what exactly is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a natural healthcare system founded on holistic medicine that can be seen as the forerunner of modern medicine. Today, we consider naturopathy as complementary to and not an alternative to modern healthcare methods.

At its heart naturopathy is a system founded on the healing power of nature and the belief that the body has the ability to heal and repair itself when supported well. Naturopathy uses a holistic approach and looks at how our health is impacting on all 3 aspects of a person - the body, the mind and the spirit.
At Huckleberry our qualified practitioners approach will be to bring these 3 aspects back into balance. This can be done in a number of ways including prescribing nutritional supplements, formulating personalized herbal remedies from the dispensary, looking at healthful lifestyle choices and recommending supportive dietary ideas if you’re looking for food alternatives. You can even ask for help when selecting a personal care product for your face and body.
