Orders are dispatched from Huckleberry Distribution Centre on Monday to Friday before 12:00pm, except weekend and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day. If orders are placed after 12:00pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note that Huckleberry guarantee the condition of perishable goods like fresh produce, frozen items, and meat. While we take great care in packaging and even include ice packs, when possible, it's important to understand that these items are ordered at your own risk.

Important Shipping Information:

To ensure that your orders arrive in the best condition possible, we would like to inform you of some important shipping details:

• Orders containing perishable goods will not be dispatched on Thursdays and Fridays. This is to prevent spoilage during transit.
• Please provide us with a physical address as couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders containing frozen or perishable goods placed after 12pm on Wednesdays will be dispatched the following Monday to ensure freshness. However, if you are in the Auckland Metro area, you may select 'Auckland Express Delivery' or 'Auckland Evening Delivery' to receive your items sooner.
• If you are ordering frozen or perishable goods and are in the Auckland Metro area, we recommend selecting 'Auckland Express Delivery' or 'Auckland Evening Delivery' for optimal delivery.
• If your order is intended for a rural destination and is placed after 12pm on Thursdays, it will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
• Please note that orders shipped with Gimme Couriers, NZ Couriers, and Urgent Couriers are not transported in chilled vehicles. This is important to consider when selecting highly perishable goods.
