Terms and Conditions: Subscription and Delivery Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription and delivery services provided by Huckleberry Organic Fruit & Veg Box ("Huckleberry," "we," "us," or "our") and the use of our website. By subscribing to our services and using our website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

Subscription Policy

  1. Subscription Plan: Currently, our Huckleberry Organic Fruit & Veg Box is exclusively offered through a subscription plan. To ensure the best price for you and support our local growers, a minimum commitment of three consecutive boxes is required.
  2. Flexibility: After receiving three boxes, you have the flexibility to skip weeks on our customer portal.
  3. Cancellation: Please email us at orders@huckleberry.co.nz if you wish to cancel your subscription.
  4. Managing Your Subscription: To manage your subscription, simply log in to your account [provide link] and make the necessary changes. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us at orders@huckleberry.co.nz, and our team will assist you in making the desired modifications.

Customisation and Dietary Preferences

  1. Standard Selection: Our organic fruit and veg box comes with a standard selection of 10-12 varieties of organic and spray-free produce.
  2. Customisation: Unfortunately, customisation options are not available at the moment due to our ordering processes. However, you can explore our website or visit our store to order fresh produce individually. 

Missing Items in Your Box

  1. Reporting Missing Items: If any items are missing from your box, please email us at orders@huckleberry.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Include a photo and list of the received items.
  2. Investigation and Solution: Our team will investigate the incident and provide you with a suitable solution.

Delivery Policy

  1. Changes to Same-Day Shipping Delivery Range: Huckleberry reserves the right to change the same-day shipping delivery range within the Auckland Metro Wide area without prior notice, including adding or removing specific locations from the same-day delivery range.
  2. Delivery Charges: If your address falls outside the free shipping delivery range, Huckleberry may impose a flat delivery charge for the shipment of your fruit and veg box. The amount of the delivery charge will be communicated to you prior to completing your purchase.
  3. Adjusted Delivery Time: If your address is outside the same-day shipping delivery range, the delivery time for your fruit and veg box may be adjusted. Delivery within Auckland may require 1-3 days, while rural or non-residential addresses may experience an additional two days of delivery time due to logistical complexities.

Changes to Terms

Huckleberry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes. By continuing to use our services or website after any modifications to the Terms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
