What's In Your Organic Fruit & Veg Box? (29th & 31st January)

This week’s Veg of the Week is a colourful surprise from Canterbury - Organic Purple Heart potatoes! These spuds are not only eye-catching, but also versatile and nutritious. You can bake, boil, roast, or steam them, and enjoy their mild, earthy flavour and smooth texture. They are also rich in antioxidants, fiber, vitamin C, and potassium, making them a healthy choice for your meals. Don't forget to check out our Roasted Garlic and Purple Heart Mash Potato recipe!

Tip: To keep your purple potatoes fresh and tasty, store them in a cool, dry, well ventilated place, away from light and strong smells. Do not store them in the fridge or freezer, as it can affect their texture and flavour. Stored properly, they can last for 1 to 2 months.
