Kefir is an ancient cultured food rich in amino acids, enzymes, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium; known for its' anti-ageing and immune enhancing properties. Unlike yoghurt it can actually colonise the intenstinal track. An absolute must after antibiotic use! Fermented product. Raw, unpasterised & alive.
The Kefir Company suggests starting at the following serving size: Child (3 months+) - 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) building to 30ml by 3 years. Adults: Female - 30ml, building to 80ml per day. Male - 30ml, building to 100ml per day.
Ingredients: Young coconut water, Kefir starter, Chicory extract, Natural Flavouring.
