Sabato's Gnocchi is made in Italy and combines state-of-the-art technology with long standing Italian family traditions to craft gluten-free gnocchi. Although this gnocchi is made from potato, corn and rice, it does not sacrifice on flavour. Delicious in texture and reminscent in taste of wheat gnocchi. Gnocchi suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.
