Urban Hippie Miso is hand-crafted in sunny Nelson with quality ingredients, including GMO-free soy beans, GMO-free rice, natural sea salt and koji culture (a type of fungus for making sake), and is fermented for more than six months. Miso is a versatile condiment you can use for soups, stir-fries, marinades, dips, and dressings.
