Important Shipping Update:
Our online delivery fees are changing. As a small NZ business we have absorbed the cost of picking and packing orders for some time. Due to pressures on our business, at this time it is now necessary for us to increase our fees to cover the time it takes to pick, pack, and deliver your order safely.
For this reason, a personal shopper and delivery fees will increase to $14.99 for flat rate shipping on all orders nationwide, $4.99 for in-store collections, and $19.99 for Same-Day delivery orders from 4th Nov 2020. The new flat rate shipping will also include rural destinations.

Courier Delivery Days:
All orders are processed until 12:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day. If placed after 12pm on a Fridayyour order will be treated as if received on the following Monday.

Please note that Huckleberry cannot guarantee the condition of perishable goods such as fresh produce, frozen goods, and meat. While we endeavor to do our very best at the packaging stage and include ice-packs where possible, please understand that these items are ordered at your own risk. - We do not process or courier orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.
- Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
- Orders with perishable goods placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday to ensure freshness, unless 'Auckland Metro Same-Day Evening Delivery' has been selected.
- Frozen goods can only be shipped 'Auckland Metro Same-Day Evening Delivery' to the Auckland Metro area.

Auckland Metro Same-Day Evening Delivery couriers deliver between 6pm - 9pm Mon-Fri.
- Orders with a rural destination placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders shipped with NZ Post and Urgent deliveries are not transported in chilled vehicles. Please bear this in mind when selecting highly perishable goods.

Good dollars can only be accrued or redeemed in-store. This includes any huckleberry location, Harvest by huckleberry and Wild Herbs Organics shops.

Nationwide Flat Rate Shipping - if ordered before 12pm - $14.99 (delivery between 2-4 business days.) Please allow additional time for your goods to arrive if you live in a rural destination.

Holiday 'Flat Rate Shipping' ordering cut-off for the South Island: Orders placed after 12pm on the 17th Dec will be dispatched on the 5th Jan 2021.

Order Pick-Up At A Huckleberry Store - Option to collect your order dispatched from our Auckland distribution centre at one of our Auckland Huckleberry stores is $4.99.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your goodies to arrive before collecting, if placed before 12:00pm (Mon-Fri). Please note we do not process orders Sat-Sun & public holidays.

Holiday ordering cut-off for 'Pick-Up' in store: Orders placed for ‘Pick-Up’ after 12pm on Wednesday 23rd Dec will be dispatched on the 5th Jan 2021.
Trackpacks* - Nationwide delivery 2-3 business days - $3.90. (*This option may be suitable for smaller items. Our dispatch team will first assess if your items will fit and safely ship to your address. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.)
International Freight - At this stage we do not ship internationally.
