Mahoe Greek yoghurt has the same ingredients as their regular yoghurt (whole milk, acidophilus and bifidus cultures). The semi-set yoghurt is strained in cloth bags overnight, which is the traditional way of thickening yoghurt. The result is a sumptuous yoghurt with an incredibly creamy and velvety texture. It is perfect on fruit, on cakes instead of whipped cream and for smoothies.
