Delivery Days:
- Monday - Friday (Auckland)
- Monday - Thursday (Outside Auckland)
All orders are processed until 12:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day. If placed after 12pm on a Friday, your order will be treated as if received on the following Monday.

Due to the volume of orders we are receiving, order processing times may take up to 3-5 days. We are processing orders, in the order in which they are received. Not by shipping method.
For example, if you were to place an order on a Monday it could take our dispatch team 3-5 days to begin the process of collecting your items. This would mean your order would not ship until Thursday or Friday.
However, all courier/transit times for orders to reach you remain unchanged & can be noted in our shipping rates below. Please continue to select the most appropriate shipping option at checkout. Orders with perishable goods placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday to ensure freshness.
- We do not process or deliver orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
- Our same day evening shipping packages are delivered between 6pm - 9pm.
- Orders with a rural destination placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders shipped with Courier Post and Urgent deliveries are not transported in chilled vehicles. Please bear this in mind when selecting highly perishable goods.

- Standard Shipping- $5.90 per 25kg (delivery between 1-2 business days) - Due to COVID-19 please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process. Easter ordering cut-off 8th April 12pm. Normal dispatch hours will resume the 14th of April.
North Island Shipping
- Hamilton & North and Waiheke Island Shipping - Delivery on 2nd business day - $8.60 per 10kg. - Due to L4 COVID-19 please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process. Easter ordering cut-off 8th April 12pm. Normal dispatch hours will resume the 14th of April.
- South of Hamilton and Up North Shipping - Delivery on 2nd business day - $11.70 per 5kg. - Due to L4 COVID-19 please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process. Easter ordering cut-off 8th April 12pm. Normal dispatch hours will resume the 14th of April.
South Island Shipping
Delivery on 3rd business day - $15.50 per 5kg. - Due to L4 COVID-19 please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process. Easter ordering cut-off 7th April 12pm. Normal dispatch hours will resume the 14th of April.
Rural Shipping
Please allow 2 additional working days for delivery and an extra $3.80 shipping fee. - Due to L4 COVID-19 please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process. Easter ordering cut-off 6th April 12pm.Normal dispatch hours will resume the 14th of April.
Trackpack Nationwide Shipping
Nationwide delivery 1-2 business days - $3.50. - Due to L4 COVID-19 please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process. Easter ordering cut-off 8th April 12pm. Normal dispatch hours will resume the 14th of April.
