Courier Delivery Days:
All orders are processed until 12:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day. If placed after 12pm on a Friday, your order will be treated as if received on the following Monday.

L3 & 2 COVID-19 - Ordering and Shipment Timing Update.
We continue to process orders, in the order in which they are received.
We're doing our best but due to the volume of orders we are receiving, order processing times may take up to 2-3 days. However courier/transit times for orders to reach you are unchanged.
Orders will continue to be processed in the order they are received. For example, if you place an order Monday it may take our dispatch team 2-3 days to begin the process of collecting your items. This would mean your order would not get shipped until Thursday or Friday. If you have selected same day shipping - your order will still be shipped and received on the same day. Please continue to select the most appropriate shipping option at checkout.
We will continue to keep you updated around expected dispatch and delivery time frames.
Please note that Huckleberry cannot guarantee the condition of perishable goods such as fresh produce, frozen goods, and meat. While we endeavor to do our very best at the packaging stage and include ice-packs where possible, please understand that these items are ordered at your own risk. - We do not process or courier orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.
- Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
- Orders with perishable goods placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday to ensure freshness, unless 'Same Day Evening Shipping' has been selected.
- Frozen goods can only be shipped 'Same Day Evening' to the Auckland Metro area, not overnight or outside of Auckland.

Same Day Evening couriers deliver between 6pm - 9pm Mon-Fri.
- Orders with a rural destination placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders shipped with Courier Post and Urgent deliveries are not transported in chilled vehicles. Please bear this in mind when selecting highly perishable goods.

Good dollars can only be accrued or redeemed in-store. This includes any huckleberry location, Harvest by huckleberry and Wild Herbs Organics shops.

- Standard Shipping- $5.90 per 25kg (delivery between 2-3 business days) -
North Island Shipping
- Hamilton & North and Waiheke Island Shipping - Delivery on 3rd business day - $9.80 per 10kg.
- South of Hamilton and Up North Shipping - Delivery on 3rd business day - $13.10 per 5kg.
South Island Shipping
Delivery on 4th business day - $16.10 per 5kg.
Rural Shipping
Please allow 3 additional working days for delivery and an extra $4.00 shipping fee.
Trackpack Nationwide Shipping
Nationwide delivery 2-3 business days - $3.90.

Great Barrier Island Shipping
$16.10 per 5kg delivery 4-5 business days.
International Freight
At this stage we do not ship internationally.
Order Pick-Up At A Huckleberry Store
Option to collect your order dispatched from our Auckland distribution centre at one of our Auckland Huckleberry stores is free of charge.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your goodies to arrive before collecting, if placed before 12:00am (Mon-Fri). Please note we do not process orders Sat-Sun & public holidays.
