A Scottish inspired recipe carefully blends salt, Golden Syrup and Black rum. The salmon is then smoked at a high temperature with Oak Wood Chips for a short period of time creating a hot smoked salmon known for its flaked texture and light, sweet smoky taste. Each pack is vacuum packed in 200g size.
