About this Product

This Scottish inspired recipe carefully blends salt, Golden Syrup and Black rum. The salmon is then smoked at a low temperature with Oak Wood Smoke for a long period of time, creating a cold smoked salmon know for its smooth and silky texture and distinctive smoky taste. Each pack is vacuum packed in 200g size.
