Purchases will continue to be processed in the order they are received. Please continue to carefully select the most appropriate delivery option at checkout. Changes to your shipping selection & ordered items cannot be made once the order has been placed. Due to high demand, some orders may not contain certain items when dispatched. Please note, you will only be charged for what you receive.
Online deliveries, including pick-up in store, may be delayed by 2-3 business days. A friendly staff member will contact you when your order is ready to be collected in-store.
All orders are processed until 12:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day. If placed after 12pm on a Friday your order will be treated as if received the following Monday.
Auckland:$6.99 - Up to 20kgs (delivery between 1-2 business days, between 9am-5pm) if ordered before 12pm.
Auckland Rural: $10.99 - Up to 20kgs (please allow an additional 2 business days to arrive).
North Island: $10.99 - Up to 20kgs (1-2 business days to arrive).
North Island Rural $15.99 - Up to 20kgs (please allow an additional 2 business days to arrive).
South Island: $15.99 - Up to 20kgs (2-3 business days to arrive).
South Island Rural: $23.99 - Up to 20kgs (please allow an additional 2 business days to arrive).
Waiheke and Great Barrier Island: $18.99 - Up to 20kgs (2 business days to arrive).
Waiheke and Great Barrier Island Rural: $22.99 - Up to 20kgs (please allow an additional 2 business days to arrive).
Order Pick-Up At A Huckleberry Store - Auckland Only: $4.99 Option to collect your order dispatched from our Auckland distribution centre at one of our Auckland Huckleberry stores.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your goodies to arrive at the store you've selected before collecting, if placed before 12:00pm - Monday - Thursday. One of our friendly staff members will contact you as soon as your order arrives.
International Shipping - At this stage we do not ship internationally.

Please note that Huckleberry cannot guarantee the condition of perishable goods such as fresh produce, frozen goods, and meat. While we endeavor to do our very best at the packaging stage and include ice-packs where possible, please understand that these items are ordered at your own risk. We do not process or courier orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.
Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
Orders with perishable goods placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday to ensure freshness, unless 'Auckland Metro Same-Day Evening Delivery' has been selected.
Frozen goods can only be shipped with 'Auckland Metro Same-Day Evening Delivery' to the Auckland Metro area.
Auckland Metro Same-Day Evening Delivery couriers deliver between 6pm - 9pm Mon-Fri.
Orders with a rural destination placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders shipped with NZ Couriers and Urgent deliveries are not transported in chilled vehicles. Please bear this in mind when selecting highly perishable goods.
Good dollars can only be accrued or redeemed in-store. This includes any huckleberry location and Harvest by huckleberry store.
