Pacific Harvest Kombu Leaves are a 100% raw product made from NZ Kelp and are similar to the Japanese " Dashi" Kombu. Their main use is to make a full-bodied stock (dashi) which can be used in making miso soup and other dishes.Kombu is also delicious when cut up and used in other recipes after cooking. A small piece (1 gram) added to dried beans, etc. during cooking will make them easier to digest, Kombu contains a wealth of vitamins and trace elements.Ingredients: Totally natural Ecklonia radiata dried sea vegetable- free of additives.
