We’re making some changes to the way our online store operates.
We’re on a journey that’s end goal is to bring you the best experience possible when you shop online with us.
This page is home base for those changes so if you ever notice anything different from usual and have any questions, check in here first, we’ll be updating the timeline regularly. Of course, you can always feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have too.
The first changes take effect on May 11th 2018 and you can read all of the details below.

2% Discount to Replace Loyalty Points
Any customer who is registered on the website and logged in prior to checkout will receive an automatic 2% discount across their entire shopping cart, excluding freight.
This new discount replaces our GoodDollars Loyalty programme for our registered online store customers.
If you are an existing Huckleberry Loyalty member, you will still be eligible to collect and apply any good dollars earned at any one of our physical Huckleberry shops however we will no longer apply or collect good dollars for purchases made online.
If you only shop online with Huckleberry and you have remaining GoodDollars on your loyalty account please let us know when you place your next order. We’ll be happy to assist in applying any remaining GoodDollars to the order. The 2% discount will not apply in this case.
If you aren’t yet registered on our website but would like to take advantage of the flat 2% discount please click ‘Register’ in the top right corner of your browser or in the menu on a mobile.
All customers must click on ‘login’ before heading to checkout to see the discount applied.
Change to Order Cut Off Time
In order to provide a better range and more consistent stock levels to our online customers, our web team are moving into our main Auckland distribution centre.
This means that the courier run used for pickups will be different and therefore our order cut off time will need to change. The cut off time will now be 12pm rather than 3pm.
All of the changes will be updated on our Delivery and Returns page on Friday 11th May after 3pm. Before your next order please find your usual delivery method on said page and check to see if there are any changes to when you should expect your order.
