Orders are processed until 3:00pm every day (Monday - Friday). If placed after 3pm on a Friday, your order will be treated as if received on the following Monday.

Orders paid via direct deposit are processed after the payment is received into our account.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
Please note - our same day delivery packages are delivered after 6pm, while all standard service deliveries arrive during business hours.
Option to collect your order from one our Huckleberry stores or Harvest by Huckleberry is free of charge.
Please allow 1 business day before collecting your order if placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) or wait until you have been contacted by one of our friendly staff to advise that your order is ready.

Credit card information is transmitted to Huckleberry from an encrypted server and details are deleted after use. Orders paid by direct deposit are processed once the payment has been received.
Frozen goods can only be shipped same day to the Auckland Metro area, not overnight or outside of that area.
Please note that Huckleberry cannot guarantee the condition of perishable goods, such as meat, dairy and fresh produce, delivered outside of the Auckland Metropolitan area. This applies to Auckland RURAL deliveries. If you are not sure whether your address is rural please refer to NZ Post website. Please understand that these are ordered at your own risk.
International orders are welcome and we will adjust freight charges after volumes and destinations have been priced. Please contact us for any pricing or delivery information. Any disputes will be settled subject to New Zealand law only.
Any claims need to be made within 24 hours.
Where possible we use recycled materials for online sales packaging. Our plastic bags are biodegradable.
Fresh greens are selected with the most recent available date to ensure they get to you with plenty of shelf life. However please be aware that depending on your delivery method the freshness may be affected.
Chilled goods, especially meat are packed with plenty of ice, and if necessary in a polystyrene box to keep the goods cool. Such boxes are marked to be stored refrigerated at couriers depots while in transit. Special packaging requests will be honoured, please use “delivery instructions” area for any such requests at the last step of the checkout page.
