All orders are processed until 12:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day. If placed after 12pm on a Friday, your order will be treated as if received on the following Monday.

We continue to process orders, in the order in which they are received.
Order processing times may take up to 2-3 days. However courier/transit times for orders to reach you are unchanged.
Orders will continue to be processed in the order they are received. Please continue to select the most appropriate shipping option at checkout.
We will continue to keep you updated around expected dispatch and delivery time frames.
Please note that Huckleberry cannot guarantee the condition of perishable goods such as fresh produce, frozen goods, and meat. While we endeavor to do our very best at the packaging stage and include ice-packs where possible, please understand that these items are ordered at your own risk. - We do not process or courier orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.
- Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
- Orders with perishable goods placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday to ensure freshness, unless 'Same Day Evening Shipping' has been selected.
- Frozen goods can only be shipped 'Same Day Evening' to the Auckland Metro area, not overnight or outside of Auckland.

Same Day Evening couriers deliver between 6pm - 9pm Mon-Fri.
- Orders with a rural destination placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders shipped with Courier Post and Urgent deliveries are not transported in chilled vehicles. Please bear this in mind when selecting highly perishable goods.

North Island Shipping
- Hamilton & North and Waiheke Island Shipping - Delivery on 3rd business day - $9.80 per 10kg. - Labour Day weekend ordering cut-off time frame - 12pm 21st Oct. Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday 21st Oct will be processed the following Tuesday 27th Oct.
- South of Hamilton and Up North Shipping - Delivery on 3rd business day - $13.10 per 5kg. - Labour Day weekend ordering cut-off time frame - 12pm 21st Oct. Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday 21st Oct will be processed the following Tuesday 27th Oct.
South Island Shipping
Delivery on 4th business day - $16.10 per 5kg. - Labour Day weekend ordering cut-off time frame - 12pm 20th Oct. Orders placed after 12pm on Tuesday 20th Oct will be processed the following Tuesday 27th Oct.
Rural Shipping
Please allow 3 additional working days for delivery and an extra $4.00 shipping fee. Labour Day weekend ordering cut-off time frame - 12pm 20th Oct. Orders placed after 12pm on Tuesday 20th Oct will be processed the following Tuesday 27th Oct.
Trackpack Nationwide Shipping

Great Barrier Island Shipping

International Freight
At this stage we do not ship internationally.
Order Pick-Up At A Huckleberry Store
Option to collect your order dispatched from our Auckland distribution centre at one of our Auckland Huckleberry stores is free of charge.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your goodies to arrive before collecting, if placed before 12:00am (Mon-Fri). Please note we do not process orders Sat-Sun & public holidays.
