Good grain selection is necessary to create great flour. Chantal source New Zealand wheat from the Canterbury region and growers they know personally. Every grain is different from the rest – even in the same batch and Chantal's expert miller has the challenge of knowing all about each type of grain and every batch to create the intended flour.
Freshly milled using a traditional stoneground mill at our premises in Hawke’s Bay, Chantal Organics create a high grade organic flour using the finest organically grown New Zealand hard wheat. The flour sifted to remove most of the bran creating a good general purpose white flour.
