2 cups organic fine coconut + 1/2 cup for coating
50g Trade Aid dried mango
1/2 cup coconut condensed milk
1 Tbs lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt

1. Mince the dried mango using a sharp knife or small food processor.

2. Place all ingredients in the bowl and mix thoroughly until the mixture comes together. 

3. Shape 1-tablespoon portions of the mixture into balls and roll in the desiccated coconut to coat. Store the sweets refrigerated for up to one week. Enjoy!
