Ingredients

½ (50g) frozen (or powder) acai
½ cup frozen bananas
½ cup frozen blueberry
2 soaked dates
1 squirt lemon juice
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup coconut milk

Method:

  1. Blend the frozen fruit ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Add the soaked dates, lemon juice and coconut milk.
  3. Stop blender and add water to suit your preference – blitz a final time. 
  4. Pour into a nice glass or jar - adding toppings. 
  5. For a fantastic summer smoothie bowl pour into a bowl – adding the toppings plus a handful of granola, a sliced banana and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
