Method:
Vanilla Magnesium Mylk:
- Soak nuts for a minimum of 4 hours in filtered water, drain and rinse.
- Add nuts to a high-speed blender with 2 cups of water. Begin on low speed and increase to high. Blend until nuts are totally pulverized, approx 2mins in a high-speed blender.
- Add in final 2 cups of water, honey, vanilla extract and sea salt. Blend for further 1 minute.
- Strain through muslin or cheese cloth
- Drink warmed before bed or store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Chamomile & Lavender Moon Milk:
- Place all ingredients in pot over stove and gently heat on low.
- Whisk continuously while milk heats, be careful not to let burn.
- Strain over cup and discard of flowers.
- Enjoy sipping slowly before bed.
Reishi, Honey and Spices Moon Milk:
- Place all ingredients in pot over stove and gently heat on low.
- Whisk continuously while milk heats to incorporate ingredients. Be careful not to let burn.
- Enjoy sipping slowly before bed.
