Ingredients

2 apples, cored, roughly chopped
1 pear, cored, roughly chopped
1 orange, peeled, cut into segments
250g of your favourite coconut yoghurt
2 teaspoons of your favourite honey

Method:

  1. In a small bowl add the fruit and toss to combine, the acid from the citrus will aid in stopping the apple and pear from discolouring, set aside.
  2. In a small bowl add the coconut yoghurt and the honey adding more or less to taste as desired, mix well to combine.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
