Ingredients

1 large carrots, peeled, cut into sticks
1 capsicum, deseeded, cut into sticks
1 small cucumber, deseeded, cut into sticks
6 radishes, topped and tailed, quartered
1 tub of your favourite hummus

Method:

  1. Any selection of raw vegetables can be used including celery, fennel and even chunks of crispy lettuce.
  2. Once all of the vegetables have been prepared, it’s a simple case of enjoying with a generous dollop of hummus.
