Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp Chantal Organics Whole Tahini
1 tsp Chantal Organics Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets (cooked or raw)
2 Medjool dates
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup Chantal Organics Coconut Milk (or plant milk of your choice)

Method:

1. Melt the coconut oil.


2. Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until super smooth.


3. If it’s a little too thick, simply add more liquid.


4. Serve in a tall glass with a straw.


5. Any leftover smoothie can be stored in a sealed bottle in the fridge for up to 3 days.
