INGREDIENTS
20g Chia Seeds
20g Shredded Coconut
20g Rolled Oats
20g Flaxseeds
20g Cacao Nibs
20g Sunflower Seeds
20g Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup Boiled Water
1/2 cup Vanilla Raglan Coconut Yoghurt
1/2 cup Almond Milk
2 cups Oob Organic frozen Mixed Berries, thawed
2 Tbs Huckleberry Salted Almond Butter
Sliced Almonds to garnish
METHOD
Place Flaxseeds in a Food Processor or High Speed Blender and blend until the Seeds are Ground up quite fine like Flax meal.
Add the Cacao Nibs, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Oats to your Food Processor and pulse a few times until ingredients are chopped into smaller pieces.
Transfer into a mixing bowl and add the Chia Seeds and Shredded Coconut.
Pour in the boiled Water and Almond Milk, mix well and pop in the Fridge to soak overnight.
Stir the Coconut Yoghurt through your seed mix in the morning. Crush the thawed Berries with a fork and divide into jars, leaving a little for topping. Spoon your seed mix in and top with Almond Butter, Extra Berries and Sliced Almonds.
