Gingerbread Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

Smoothie:

2 ripe and frozen Bananas
1 Medjool Date
1/4 cup Cashews
1 Tbs Peanut Butter
1x 10g sachet Nutra Organics Creamy Vanilla Hemp Protein
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground Ginger
1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg
A splash of Oat Milk

Toppings:

Ginger Zest Granola, Strawberries, Kiwi, Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt, Pumpkin Seeds, freeze dried Raspberries. 

Method:

Place all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender.

Add a small splash of Oat Milk, just enough to get the blender moving.

Use a tamper to help push ingredients and blend until smooth like soft serve ice cream.

Transfer to a serving bowl, add toppings and enjoy!
