2 cups ground almonds
1/3 cup walnuts
½ cup oat flour
½ cup rice malt syrup
1 ½ tsp molasses
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
pinch ground cloves
2 tsp peanut butter
¼ cup desiccated coconut
Your favourite Salted Caramel Chocolate
½ can coconut milk
Put all ball ingredients into the food processor; almonds, walnuts, oat flour, rice malt syrup, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, peanut butter and coconut.
Mix until smooth.
Roll into balls and leave in the fridge to set
Place a heat-proof bowl over a pot of boiling water.
Break the chocolate into pieces and add the coconut milk.
Stir in the chocolate a few pieces at a time until a sauce is made.
Let the sauce set in the fridge for a couple hours.
Dunk half of the bliss ball in choc sauce and put back in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Ready to serve.
Makes 12 large bliss balls
