Crudités and Hummus

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1 large carrots, peeled, cut into sticks
1 capsicum, deseeded, cut into sticks
1 small cucumber, deseeded, cut into sticks
6 radishes, topped and tailed, quartered
1 tub of your favourite hummus

 METHOD

Any selection of raw vegetables can be used including celery, fennel and even chunks of crispy lettuce. Once all of the vegetables have been prepared, it’s a simple case of enjoying with a generous dollop of hummus
