Açaí Granola Bowl

Açaí berries are high in antioxidants and fibre, and make a great base for breakfast bowls blended with Banana and served with your favourtie toppings. 

We're loving this recipe using Riversea Organic Açaí Puree.

INGREDIENTS:

2 x 100g sachets of Riversea Organic Açaí Puree
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
30 - 50ml honey, or your favourite liquid sweetener

METHOD:

Slightly soften and crush the açaí pulp in the sachets

Combine with other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Pour into a bowl and serve with your choice of toppings. We love granola and sliced seasonal fruit
