Made with Two Islands Co. protein powder, the brainchild of cookbook author, sister duo Julia & Libby, these pancakes are full of delicious wholefood ingredients & pack a great protein hit!

Little Island Co. Chocolate Pancakes
1 serving of Two Islands Co. Chocolate protein powder (or try their NEW salted caramel)
1 organically grown banana
2 organic eggs
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Toppings: Maple Syrup, Fresh Organic Fruit & your choice of Yoghurt
Add all the ingredients (except the toppings) to a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a skillet or frypan on medium heat, and add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Once the oil has melted, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan.
Cook until bubbles appear on top. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown on the underside.
Repeat until all the batter has been used.
Serve warm topped with fruit, yoghurt & maple.
