The traditional jelly tip is a little less nutritious than these guys! Just a few of the great ingredients include matcha, chia, blueberry, cacao butter - soo good!

Blueberry Jam

1/3 cup water
2 punnets blueberries
2 tbsp chia seeds

Matcha Cream

1 can coconut cream
3 tsp matcha powder
6 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp arrowroot powder

White Chocolate Dip

1 1/2 cups (120g) grated cacao butter
1 1/5 tbsp (30g) coconut oil
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup powdered coconut sugar

Toasted coconut flakes
Freeze Dried blueberries

Combine water and blueberries in a blender. Put in a bowl and mix in chia seeds evenly. Leave to soak for 10 minutes then split evenly between 6 ice pop holders. Freeze for 1 hour.

Whisk together all the matcha cream ingredients. When jelly tips have been in the freezer for one hour remove and top up the moulds with the cream. Freeze overnight or until completely solid.

Line a tray with baking paper. Melt all chocolate ingredients, except sugar, together in a glass bowl set over a saucepan of boiling water. When melted whisk in sugar and pour into a tall glass.

Remove ice blocks from mould and dip into chocolate to coat one at a time. Set on baking tray. Once done, dip each one a second time for a thick coating. Using small blobs of leftover chocolate to stick the toppings onto the blocks.
