Amazing Seedlip Cocktails

One of the newest additions to the Huckleberry shelves is Seedlip! Their spirits are the world's first distilled non-alcoholic spirits. The process of creation comes from the year 1651 and was originally used to create herbal remedies.

The two varieties are Garden 108 & Spice 94, both have a wonderful flavour profile and can be mixed and matched with the usual cocktail recipe suspects in a perfect drink for when you're not drinking. We've got a couple of recipes to share with you below...

PeaTini - The Signature Garden 108 Serve


Seedlip Garden 108: 60ml
Pea Shrub: 25ml
Agave: 5ml
Garnish: Pea


Stir all the ingredients together in your favourite glass and double strain to remove any unwanted texture.

To make 400ml Pea Shrub:

200g of Peas
1x Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1x Cup of White Sugar
Add all ingredients to a jar and mush peas
Leave overnight & strain.

Seedlip Switchel - A take on a drink served to farm workers in
the 17th century


Seedlip Spice: 50ml
Pineapple & Ginger Shrub: 25ml
Top with Soda
Garnish: Red Grapefruit Wedge


Add all of the ingredients to a highball glass in the order listed, enjoy...

To make 500ml of the Shrub

1x Small Pineapple
1x Shot of Ginger Juice or Finely Sliced Bulb
1x Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
½ Cup of White Sugar
½ Cup of Molasses
Add all ingredients to a jar and muddle
Leave overnight.
