Coconut Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup Zenian Creamed Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons shoyu, tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dates
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne


Place all ingredients into a blender.  Blend on high until smooth and creamy.  This dressing will keep in the fridge for at least 3 days.
