Delivery Schedule  

Delivery Days:

  • Monday - Friday (Auckland) - Map of Greater Auckland: see map here
  • Monday - Thursday (Outside Auckland)

Orders are processed until 3:00pm every day (Monday - Friday). If placed after 3pm on a Friday, your order will be treated as if received on the following Monday.

(Note: We do not process or deliver orders on Weekends or Public Holidays)

Orders paid via direct deposit are processed after the payment is received into our account.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

Please note - our same day delivery packages are not picked up for delivery until 5pm.

Shipping Rates

  • Same day delivery Auckland - if ordered before 3pm - $12.10 per 25kg (targeted delivery times between 5:30pm - 9:00pm)
  • Standard delivery Auckland & Greater Auckland  - if ordered before 3pm - $5.85 per 25  (delivery between 1-2 business days)
  • North Island – Hamilton & Above Delivery on 2nd business day - $8.60 per 15kg
  • North Island – South of Hamilton
    Delivery on 2nd business day - $11.75 per 10kg
  • South Island
    Delivery on 3rd business day - $14.30 per 10kg
  • International
    Quoted before payment is deducted
  • Rural Delivery
    Please allow 2 additional working days for delivery and extra $3.45 shipping fee.
  • Pick-Up's at any Huckleberry retail store or Harvest Wholefoods - No Charge! 
  • Please allow 1 business day (if placed before 10:00 am) for pick-ups at our Royal Oak, Grey Lynn, Glen Innes, Strand, Esplanade, Milford, Oteha Valley, Jervois, New Lynn & Belmont locations. One of our friendly staff members will contact you, as soon as your parcel arrives at the store of your choosing. To avoid any unnecessary trips, we suggest you wait until you've been notified by our staff. Terms & Conditions

Payments for online orders will be processed only after all goods have been picked to ensure that you will only be charged for what you receive. Credit card information is transmitted to Huckleberry from an encrypted server and details are deleted after use. Orders paid by direct deposit are processed once the payment has been received.

Frozen goods can only be shipped same day to the Auckland Metro area, not overnight or outside of that area.

Please note that Huckleberry cannot guarantee the condition of perishable goods, such as meat, dairy and fresh produce, delivered outside of the Auckland Metropolitan area. This applies to Auckland RURAL deliveries. If you are not sure whether your address is rural please refer to NZ Post website. Please understand that these are ordered at your own risk.

International orders are welcome and we will adjust freight charges after volumes and destinations have been priced. Please contact us for any pricing or delivery information. Any disputes will be settled subject to New Zealand law only.

Any claims need to be made within 24 hours.

 

Packaging policy

Where possible we use recycled materials for online sales packaging. Our plastic bags are biodegradable.

Fresh greens are selected with the most recent available date to ensure they get to you with plenty of shelf life. However please be aware that depending on your delivery method the freshness may be affected.

Chilled goods, especially meat are packed with plenty of ice, and if necessary in a polystyrene box to keep the goods cool. Such boxes are marked to be stored refrigerated at couriers depots while in transit. Special packaging requests will be honoured, please use “delivery instructions” area for any such requests at the last step of the checkout page.

 

Collection of Information

Huckleberry's website contains forms which collect personal information about our customers. We will only use this information to the extent authorised by the customer.

By shopping on the Huckleberry's website the Customer authorises Huckleberry to collect, retain and use their personal information for:

  • processing the customer's registration application
  • sending the customer advertising or promotional material
  • undertaking any dealings or transactions with the customer;
  • enforcing any legal or other rights Huckleberry may have with the customer
